As a patient, you first have contact with the registeration office. In order to be able to start with the diagnosis and therapy at all, registration is absolutely necessary. Someone in our care team will take the patient's data and the data of the relatives which are filed so that the doctors and the care team can use them to properaly treat the patient . We talk to family doctors, rescue services, relatives and patients and are also the contact person for all minor and major problems related to the emergency treatment.
